Our Free delivery service is to any UK mainland postal address on orders over £300, for order under £300 there is a delivery charge of £20. For delivery to certain remote postcodes there will be a small additional charge as follows. North Scotland PA, PH, AB, KW £35 – North Scotland IV £60 – Cornwall TR £20 – Cornwall PL, TQ, EX £10
We provide all of our customers with two options at the time of delivery.
Standard Free Delivery
All items will be delivered to your doorstep by a parcel service as standard. This applies to the UK Mainland Only. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the capability to get the product through any doors and into the home, and to assemble it if required.
Premier Home Delivery
Home delivery to the room of your choice is available, at an additional cost of £35 per order. All home delivery items are transported directly to your home in specially equipped furniture vans and are carried in by trained furniture delivery staff.
Access to the property at the time agreed is assumed when you book this service, It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the capability to get the product through any doors and into the home.
(Please note that Home Delivery can take up to 14 days longer than delivery by a parcel service)

Delivery Times
All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate. Whilst every practical effort will be made to accommodate customer’s requirements no guarantee of time can be given. In some cases, the delivery times we quote are subject to our suppliers having the product in stock, on popular lines they occasionally run out. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
No claims will be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.
Cancellation will not be accepted once goods have been reserved, stored, cut or despatched by our selves, or by our suppliers. If you need to return your purchase to us for any reason, the goods must be securely and adequately wrapped for transport in there original packaging and unused as couriers may refuse to collect. If the goods are not available and for collection or not adequately packed we reserve the right to charge a failed collection cost of £25. All goods are inspected on return. We will only pay the costs of return if agreed beforehand
